Get Refreshed is the flagship of an American premium aesthetic medicine brand — founded in 2006, 5,000+ aesthetic transformations, 600+ practitioners trained at their own institute. We reimagined it as a three-floor digital experience for a 2026 flagship launch: Floor 01 Sanctuary, Floor 02 Atelier, Floor 03 Pavilion.

The brief.
The existing site — a stock booking plugin and service tiles — didn't match a product where a single procedure runs $10–25k. The job was to build one product across three environments (web, mobile app, internal services) and have them all feel like a single brand.
[ The approach ]
How we shipped it.
- 01
Web flagship on Next.js 14 / App Router. The hero is an interactive 3D building on Three.js — the camera moves between floors as the user scrolls, each floor lights from within, fine particles set the atmosphere. Custom Lenis-shared scroll instance keeps model and page breathing in sync.
- 02
Next-gen booking flow: four steps (category → location → service → date) replace the Acuity plugin. 21 services with real durations, prices, and Signature markers; live summary card assembles the selection in real time.

XIS — an AI concierge that triages in under a minute: distinguishes Sculptra from Radiesse, estimates cost ranges, flags risks, pre-fills the Health & Beauty Passport before a clinician sees the patient.
- 04
Before/After archive with a draggable comparator and a per-case protocol card: duration, stack used, provider, floor and room number. Detail that closes the high-ticket patient.
