The brief.
Build a digital presence at the level of an institutional player — no B2C visual aggression, all engineering precision and documented reputation. The site needs to talk to funds, regulators, and strategic partners on three continents.
[ The approach ]
How we shipped it.
- 01
Custom "institutional aerospace" design system: cold navy palette (#050912 → #0A1128), sky-blue and red brand accents, Space Grotesk + JetBrains Mono. Glass cards, film-grain overlay, five-tier ink scale via CSS color-mix.
- 02
Interactive 3D aircraft on React Three Fiber. Real GLB heavy cargo model with runtime normal reconstruction, palette-matched materials, procedural 6-panel HDR environment. Scroll-driven approach with exponential smoothing — the aircraft inertially closes on the camera as the user reads.
- 03
Six-language i18n with real translations (English, 中文, Español, العربية, Français, हिन्दी). Middleware-driven detection, ~700 keys per locale, generateStaticParams for static pre-render, dynamic html lang/dir with automatic RTL.
- 04
Five interior pages — Fleet, Governance, Investor Relations, Media, Heritage — each with hero structure and home-section reuse. Heritage section built on real client certificates (9 awards, documented attribution).
